CFSE Design Services and Turnkey Construction were tasked with providing a new concept for the existing dining room at the WEB40 office. New uses include group presentations, dining seating, creative conference and meeting spaces, a micro market with a variety of food and lunch options, a working coffee bar, and a fully operational bar. All the spaces were designed to be multi-faceted to provide a go-to place for employees to eat lunch, relax, and meet; along with an opportunity to shoot new photography and video for website use. CFSE managed the entire project from “Design” through “Build” utilizing a Design Project Manager on the Design side and then handing off to a Turnkey Superintendent to complete out the full construction scope of the project. Scope of work included A/V/Lighting system with touchpad accessibility; an automated / retractable / acoustical wall partition; electronic smoked windows and a thirty-five-foot-wide micro-LED wall used for presentations and live Teams presentations and video use. Everything completely designed and executed in-house.
